To help you get started with your wellness goals for 2024, I decided to do a month-long series entitled: Nutrition Fundamentals: Back to Basics. Over the past 2 years, while researching for solutions for my own health, I learned so very much about nutrition. It really comes down to the basics we learned in grade school. It's basic biochemistry and lays the foundation for our vitality. If we don't give our bodies the vital nutrients they require, they cannot function optimally. We want more than the absence of illness; we want vibrant health and vitality.
