Happy New Year! I hope you and your family are happy and healthy! To help you get started with your wellness goals for 2024, I decided to do a month-long series entitled: Nutrition Fundamentals: Back to Basics. Over the past 2 years, while researching for solutions for my own health, I learned so very much about nutrition. It really comes down to the basics we learned in grade school. It's basic biochemistry and lays the foundation for our vitality.  If we don't give our bodies the vital nutrients they require, they cannot function optimally.  We want more than the absence of illness; we want vibrant health and vitality. 

The food we consume is more than mere sustenance; it is the fuel that propels our bodies, minds, and spirits forward. There are billions of chemical reactions taking place in each and every cell. Understanding the fundamentals of nutrition is not just a key to unlocking optimal health but also a transformative journey toward a vibrant and fulfilling life.
